I went to the applebees in orange ct and I was appalled with the service. The server was nasty toward me and she never came to check on my table. She gave me a attitude while taking my order. When I asked for the crispy fried shrimp for 12.99, I asked for tartar sauce and she there wasnt any. Which seemed odd. Overall this was the worst service I have ever had. Her name was Jessica.

I haven't been in any Applebees in years. Stopped in for Happy Hour and was surprised. The apps were better than I expected. Good wings and just enough "kick" in the queso. Next time I'm up in Orange, I'll stop back in.

I can’t say I quite remember the names but first one is chicken penne and the other one is some kind of chicken sandwich with the side of fries. And I really loved the chicken penne. Very friendly waiter we had it’s a nice friendly atmosphere.

Applebee’s is okie pokie. It’s nice to go if you want an okay meal. The plus side is their $5.00 margarita special. It’s low priced and the alcohol is not skimped on. Service can be good or bad. It depends on who you get.

Maybe it's the night that we chose to go to this place, but it was not good at all. For starters, we had to wait for 40 minutes to be seated, a table for 6 plus high chair. Finally got seated in a very cramped section. We were eventually moved. No utensils on the table to start eating the meal. The meal was not great at all. Overall, very poor service.

Just left because my wife and I literally sat down for 24 minutes and were completely ignored not even drinks were offered. A waiter and a waitress both walked and starred by us multiple times. No acknowledgement nor concern. I was a Applebee's person but due to this experience I'll stick to outback way better customer service.

Only came here once, however service was far from great. It all comes down to what waiter you get. Our waiter took forever to come take our orders, then came by only once and didn't come back until we were done with our food.Food was delicious and the restaurant was clean. Maybe next time the server will change my mind and I'll adjust the rating.

We got there and there was only four tables with people. It took forever for our waitress to come order our drinks, by the time she came we knew what we wanted to eat. It took 45 minutes to get our food. The classic bacon burger was burnt and was overcooked. The onions were super strong and huge chunks. The bacon was completely raw on it. The pasta dish was either super undercooked or super old and sitting for a really long time. It was super tough and tasteless. It had a gross crunch you get from old or undercooked food. There was a chicken fajita wrap and there very little chicken in it. The boneless wings were cold in the middle, and so was the chicken quesadilla. The mango margarita had no mango flavor to it. We got it in a drink cup, not a margarita or other type of alcohol glass. The service was super slow and it took forever to pay and leave, even though there were so few people. Would not recommend it.

We were seated immediately upon our arrival, but service was delayed. After our order was taken the time for it to have been served was far too long. The food and drink were quite good, but we had to flag our server in order to get our check. So, 3 stars.

There were nine of us celebrating with a friend. Unfortunately, most of the food came out lukewarm or cold, and we had to send a lot of it back 😢. The waitress was great; the guy who brought out the food, not so much. He seemed to have an attitude which was not our problem. This place needs a serious overhaul 😠Side note to Carol...when you come over to a table of customers and say "Hi, I'm Carol," you might want to add "I'm the manager." Did you really expect any of us to just assume? Professional etiquette in the workplace is essential.

I want to applebee's 1st time in a year because last time was not too good but it it has improved... I had the Southwest salad with shrimp very good plentiful and nice...

Anthony was our waiter & he was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, personable & made sure we had everything we needed. The food was served at the right temp & it was brought out quickly! We had the $14.99 never-ending special. I had the rib tips & chicken tenders served with fries & coleslaw! The restaurant was clean & comfortable. Wish there was something other than sports on the tvs. The music playing was good! It's wheelchair accessible, there's a baby changing table (with liners) in the bathroom. Booths & tables are horseshoed around the bar area. There's ample amount of parking. Good job Apple Bee's Grill + Bar.

The drinks we ordered were not as described or looked on the menu. We had a 1st time waitress so our orders weren't quite right but they were fixed and service was very slow, we were there a couple hours and we didn't even order apps. Food/desserts were okay. Kept asking for our check because we wanted to pay cash, after a very long wait we ended up paying using a card right at the table since nobody wanted to give us a bill. It wasn't the worst experience but I don't think I'd go back.
